Welcome!
I have always believe the best approach to our health is a "whole"istic one. One that incorporates Eastern and Western modalities. Having suffered migraines my whole life, I realized the Eastern approach (Massage, Craniosacral, Acupuncture, etc.) helped me the most. There are times I need the Western approach, but incorporating both helps to truly address the whole of who we are. This led me to pursue my career in Integrative Massage & Bodywork. I graduated from the Gloucester County School of Massage in 2008 and began working part-time, maintaining my full-time position working with individuals with disabilities. As I continued to take more and more courses furthering my education and knowledge in alternative health modalities, I realized this was my true passion. Even though I would be leaving my full-time position in the human services field, I could still remain working with the individuals I adored in a different, more effective capacity. Since most alternative modalities are an out-of-pocket expense, I strive to keep my services as cost-effective for my clients as possible. I offer a full hour of service and charge a flat rate regardless of the services needed. We all deserve to feel whole.
Truly,
Christine McGivern
