Policies and Procedures

Arrival:

We ask that first time clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to complete and review paperwork and at least 5 minutes prior for existing clients. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Late arrivals, greater than 10 minutes, may result in cancellation and rescheduling of treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
 

Disclosures & Confidentiality: 

It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any & all past/current medical conditions. All conversations between therapist and client are confidential

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, please allow 24 hour advance notice when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.  

Professional Boundaries: 

Any conduct of sexual nature will not be tolerated, viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities. 

Professional Rights:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, if we feel the affiliation could undermine our professional ethics.
